Get the department its copy.

Some assignments call for a separate copy of a filed document or hearing packet to be delivered to a designated court location. Our courtesy-copy delivery service handles that local delivery under your written instructions. Tell us exactly where the packet needs to go and when it is due.

A courtesy copy is a separate task.

Courtesy-copy delivery does not replace filing the document with the court or serving another party. Requirements, deadlines and delivery locations can differ by department and matter. Provide the current instructions from the court or your attorney; we do not decide whether your case requires a courtesy copy.

Courtesy Copy Delivery FAQs.

How much does courtesy-copy delivery cost?

Standalone courtesy-copy delivery is $40. Courtesy-copy delivery with a court filing is $45 in addition to the filing service fee. Printing, extra sets and other special handling may be additional.

Do I need to file the document before delivery?

Follow the applicable court or department instructions. If a file-endorsed version is required, provide that version or request filing as a separate service. Delivery of a courtesy copy does not itself file a document.

Can you deliver copies if I filed electronically?

We can review a separate courtesy-copy delivery request even if the original filing was electronic. Provide the final documents and the department’s current delivery instructions.

Are printing and binding included?

Do not assume printing, binding or multiple sets are included. Send the packet, page count and preparation requirements so the quote can identify any additional charges.

Can you deliver the packet the same day?

Same-day requests depend on runner availability, complete documents, payment, court access and the department deadline. Ask us to confirm availability before relying on a delivery time.

Will I receive a stamped receipt?

We provide a delivery update. A stamped receipt or acknowledgment depends on whether the court’s receiving location offers one. Tell us about any specific record you need when requesting service.

Do all hearings require courtesy copies?

Requirements differ by court, department and matter. Check the current court instructions or ask your attorney. We handle the delivery instructions you provide; we do not determine your legal filing obligations.
