Why do you charge more than other process servers?Our prices are comparable to most other process servers in the area. Just because they are cheaper does not mean they are better. You get what you pay for!

Do I need to provide you the legal documents to serve?Yes! We can pickup documents if your within 30 miles of San Jose anything beyond there is a pick up fee. You can also mail us the documents.

Do you file with the courts?Unfortunately, we do not offer filing services. Once a serve is complete and or unsuccessful. We will send you an e-mail and or mail you said documents.

Do I pay before or after service is made?Full payment is required prior to taking your legal documents into the field. We accept Cash, Credit/Debit payments. Checks are accepted but your order will remain on hold until the check has cleared.
