PRICING

All rates for service of process are flat rates for service to a single address and include a maximum of 3 attempts at service within Northern California. Getting the job done means properly serving the papers, determining that your party cannot be served at the provided address (vacant, moved, deceased, address does not exist, etc.) or having the job cancelled after an attempt at service has been made. There are never extra charges for mileage, fuel. The first attempt at service will be made within 72 hours of receiving your documents and payment. Once completed, a proof of service or declaration/affidavit will be mailed to you and delivered to your court for filing. If you are in a different County we will return the Proof of Service to you to be filed at your courthouse.

 

Not all serves are created equal. Some can be very difficult for various reasons and may require multiple attempts at different times of the day and night and may take several days to complete. Our pledge to you, our client, is that we will do our very best to keep you always informed as to the status of your case. For serves in very rural or outlying areas in the County, additional fees will necessarily apply. If you need service in a remote area, please call us so we can discuss the best course of action for your particular case.
